Eat whenever you are hungry. But what to eat?😖.Weight loss is not about staying hungry. Eating the right thing at right time is important.        

Before I share the recipes there are some basic tips that everyone knows and you have to follow them no matter what.


  1. Avoid all types of frizzy drinks and excessive oil.
  2. White sugar is a poison. Stop it immediately.
  3. Excessive use of meat gives no extra energy to the body,other-hand it causes damage to the kidneys. Eat the meat of those animals which are grown in the natural environment.
  4. Eat vegetables and fruits most of the time.
  5. Avoid tea and alcoholic drinks.


Fruits that are effective for weight loss are


  • grapefruit
  • carrot
  • beetroot
  • fig 
  • green tea

 

But Don't eat fruits after 4 pm. Eat raw vegetables as much as you can. Make salads or smoothies of vegetables. Green smoothies will help in detoxifying and you will automatically not only lose weight but you will feel extra energetic and healthy.





  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup of warm water                    

Make tea. Drink 1 cup 30 minutes before breakfast and 1 cup at night before sleeping daily
You will see the result in 1 month.




Take a glass of water. Add a pinch of AJWAIN to it. Soak it overnight. Drink it the next day empty stomach. This is an excellent remedy for weight loss. 



  • 1 jug water
  • half apple/oranges/strawberries
  • half lemon
  • few mint leaves
  • few cucumber slices
Drink this water throughout the dayIt's called detox water. It will burn your fat and boost your metabolism.
