green SALAD
Most delicious and healthy kale zucchini salad
This is a healthy and full of nutritious salad. It is full of ant-oxidants, anti-inflammatory, vitamins, and minerals. It is also loaded with fiber and potassium. This is also very helpful if you are reducing weight.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 cup zucchini noodles
- 3,4 cherry tomatoes
- nutritional yeast 1/3rd tblspn
- 1 avocado
- basil leaves
- sea salt 1 tsp
- 1 onion
- 1 small piece of ginger
- paprika powder 1 tspn
- turmeric 1/4th tspn
- 1 cup chick peas
- olive oil 1 tspn
- lemon juice 1 tblspn
METHOD
Take a bowl. Add fresh kale leaves, and zucchini noodles. You can make your own zucchini noodles at home by cutting zucchini into thin noodle-like strips.Cut avocado into small pieces. To make dip take a blender and add avocados, boiled chickpeas onion, garlic, and nutritional yeast. Make a thick fine paste.
