green SALAD

                                              

                  Most delicious and healthy kale zucchini  salad 

 
This is a healthy and full of nutritious salad. It is full of ant-oxidants, anti-inflammatory, vitamins, and minerals. It is also loaded with fiber and potassium. This is also very helpful if you are reducing weight.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 bunch kale
  2. 1 cup zucchini noodles
  3. 3,4 cherry tomatoes
  4. nutritional yeast 1/3rd tblspn
  5. 1 avocado
  6. basil leaves
  7. sea salt 1 tsp
  8. 1 onion
  9. 1 small piece of ginger
  10. paprika powder 1 tspn
  11. turmeric 1/4th tspn
  12. 1 cup chick peas
  13. olive oil 1 tspn
  14. lemon juice 1 tblspn

METHOD

Take a bowl. Add fresh kale leaves, and zucchini noodles. You can make your own zucchini noodles at home by cutting zucchini into thin noodle-like strips.



Cut avocado into small pieces. To make dip take a blender and add avocados, boiled chickpeas onion, garlic, and nutritional yeast. Make a thick fine paste.




For seasoning mix lemon juice paprika powder, turmeric, olive oil, and sea salt in a separate bowl. The Yummiest seasoning is ready. Add this to the paste and mix it well. Pour this on your salad and enjoy.
