how to make salsa

Here I'm gonna share a simple yet delicious recipe for strawberry salsa with avocado.


 Strawberries contain vitamin c that helps to boost your immunity. Avocado is a great source of healthy fats, vitamins such as C and K, and minerals such as manganese folate and potassium. Mixing avocado with strawberries gives you healthy fats and minerals.

Research conducted by the Ohio state university that avocado has photo chemicals that can help in the prevention of cancer.


Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped strawberries.

1/4 cup finely chopped peeled avocado

2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 teaspoons finely chopped seeded jalapeno 

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1 green chilli chopped

salt

1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp feta cheese (for non-vegans)

METHOD

First, make salsa. Take a bowl and add half chopped strawberries. Then add white onions, green chilies, jalapeno, mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and olive oil.

Mash it all down. With a help of a knife cut the avocado in two. scoop out the seed before you remove the flesh. Fill the avocado with the salsa mixture. Garnish with cheese at the end.
