INGREDIENTS:
  • a handful of spinach
  • grounded chia seeds 3 tbsp
  • a handful of kale
  • celery (optional, it has a very strong taste)
  • cucumber 1 cup 
  • Greek yogurt 3 tbsp
  • frozen mangoes cubes 1 cup
  • kiwi slices 1 cup
  • peach cubes 1 cup
  • almond milk 1 cup

Kale is one the healthiest food on planet earth.It is packed with nutrients like calcium, vitamins, and fiber which are great for skin, hair, and bones.It is rich in anti-oxidants.Vitamin K in kale helps to reduce dark circles under your eyes and tightens skin

CHIA SEEDS:

Eating chia seeds regularly helps your body secrete collagen, which is required to form new skin cells and repair them when they are damaged. It is full of iron, vitamin K and protein and has zero calories.

 CUCUMBER:

Cucumber is 96% water. It is rich in magnesium, potassium, and vitamins A, B1, and C. It gives life to your dull skin by stimulating it from within due to its hydrating properties.

CELERY: 

Celery is loaded with essential minerals,enzymes and vitamins such as potassium, ,vitamin C and vitamin K.

SPINACH:

Spinach improves complexion because it has vitamin K.It cure acne, gives sun protection, and has anti-aging properties also.

Blend all these in a high powered blender. If you don't have a high-powered blender then add all the ingredients one by one, until smooth.
