WEIGHT LOSS TIPS

 Focus and determination are two basic and main things you need if you want to reduce weight. You have to tell yourself that you have to do it by yourself. It's a healthy way of eating.


  • Drink lots and lots of water, especially in winter. Because in winter people usually reduces water intake which causes constipation and other health issues. Water not only helps in reducing weight it also keeps our skin hydrated in dry weather. At least drink 2 1/2 to 3 liter daily. And if you are exercising also then drink 3,4 glass extra. Drink 2,3 glasses of water on an empty stomach, it will also help in reducing weight.No frizzy drinks and caffeine. Try to consume lukewarm water it helps in fast weight reduction.


  • Use eggs in your breakfast instead of cereals or grains. Studies have shown that when you take 2 boiled eggs in the morning you feel more satisfied and less hungry for the rest of the day. Drink green tea after every meal.


  • The intermittent fasting concept is very popular nowadays. Intermittent means that you choose not to eat for a large period of the day, like suppose no eating after 8 pm to the next day at noon is called intermittent fasting. 


  • Incorporate healthy fats and carbs into your diet. Nothing is completely bad. If your digestive system is good you will automatically lose weight. There are categories of good and bad in everything. For example, coconut oil, olive oil, peanut oil also desi ghee are really good for health. Like, take healthy carbohydrates like fruits and veggies. Eat raw fruits and veggies instead of juices because it helps in your digestion. Include more fiber in your diet. Avoid white rice, sugar, and wheat. Also do not take any carbs fruit or vegetables after 4 pm.70% of your weight is shown by your diet rest 20% by exercise and 10% sleep.


  • Exercise daily on a routine basis whether it's walking or running. At least 30 minutes of walk is important.
  • Sleep is also very important.7 to 8 hours of sleep is necessary for a normal individual. Studies have shown that when we sleep properly our body releases hormones which help in reducing weight.
