                      Healing protocol

I'm so excited to tell you about the protocol I've also followed for the past 8 months. I just love the simplicity and the accessibility of this program.




So basically the healing protocol is about 75%veggies, mainly leafy green vegetables because they are full of nutrients that are essential for our body to heal. 



 25%fruits whatever seasonal fruits available can be used, they are just to add flavor.




One cup of flax/chia seeds must be grounded, whole chia seed may cause constipation. While some people can't consume flax seed so adjust the amount according to your health condition.





Mostly smoothies... and snacks like broccoli, cauliflower, and guacamole between smoothies as salads can be eaten.

In a couple of days, you will see results. You will get your energy back. You will see your wounds healing that will be around for years. This protocol will give you your life back. It's amazing to feel great after all the illness. You will start loving yourself again seriously.

How to make smoothies

So this is the way to get a super amount of vitamins and minerals in a glass. Take a blender and add green leafy organic vegetables like Kale, Spinach, Celery whatever you like or whatever is easily available.


Non-organic vegetables are also OK. Packed your blender with 75% vegetables rest 25% are fruits to make your smoothies delicious, and half a cup of chia/flax seeds. You can add bananas, apples, mangoes, pineapples, or any seasonal fruits. Then add water for up to 3 quarters and blend it up. Blend it for 3,4 minutes, and it's ready. This is the basic recipe. You will feel amazing. It will decrease your illness and tons of energy. This is the best way to get vegetables in.





Keep in mind that you may also be going through detox with the sudden diet changes. It usually occurs during the first couple of weeks, depending on the toxic diet you were consuming earlier. In some cases, it takes a week or 2 weeks and in others may take a longer time. But after that, your body automatically adjusts to a healthy lifestyle.

This protocol is excellent for absolutely any autoimmune problem. It basically heals your immune system, so it works no matter what type of autoimmune problem you have. 



You can drink your smoothies throughout the day after regular intervals.
A minimum 64 ounces of smoothies are required for the healing process.
You can drink it more if you can there are no limits.
There are no side effects of it.
If you feel difficulty drinking smoothies start it slowly and then gradually increase it.


Salad ideas 

1. Raw cilantro lime cauliflower rice with red onion, corn, bell pepper, tofu, salsa, and avocado. 🥑.Add chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt for more seasoning. 😋😊💚




2. Raw cauliflower rice with pineapple. 🍍

  •    Cauliflower rice
  •    Purple cabbage
  •    Coined carrots
  •    Shredded carrots
  •    Broccoli florets
  •    Snap peas
  •    Bell pepper
  •    Green onions
  •    Pineapple
  •    Tofu


   For a dressing just mixed in some Bragg's amino s, Dijon mustard, lime and garlic powder.

3. Broccoli rice berry salad
  • Riced broccoli
  • Thinly sliced raw sweet potato
  • Chopped spinach (or kale)
  • Cut oranges
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Dried cherries
  • Add avocado
For Dressing

  • 3/4 cup soaked almonds
  • 1/4 cup ACV
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup (or use dates)
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Blend it until smooth.


Chia pudding

You can have chia pudding occasionally. Add 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 3 to 4 dates pitted, and a little vanilla extract. Blend until smooth then add 1/3 cup of chia seeds. Stir do not blend.
