Moringa or drumstick is known as a miracle plant. It is a plant that has had tremendous health benefits for thousands of years.

It contains amazing nutritional and medical properties. It is a miracle for health. Its tree leaves, fruit, and root are all full of natural vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.

It is effective for all types of diseases. It is very rich in healthy antioxidants and bioactive plant compounds.


It is been widely used in India for many years but unfortunately, it has not been used widely in Pakistan.

Moringa leaves are an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals. One cup of fresh, chopped leaves (21 grams) contains
  • two times the amount of protein of yogurt
  • four times the amount of vitamin A as carrots
  • three times the amount of potassium as bananas
  • four times the amount of calcium as cows’ milk
  • seven times the amount of vitamin C as oranges

 A study conducted by Nigeria and published in the African Journal Of Food Science says that underdeveloped countries like Nigeria can earn a reasonable amount of revenue by exporting its seeds only, and it's also a valuable nutrient for children deficient in malnutrition.

Moringa is famous for its anti-bacterial properties. For years, the Moringa tree has been used to treat malnutrition cases around the globe. Moringa's benefits include providing antioxidants balancing hormones and slowing the effects of aging. It fights free radicals.
