Who said you can't enjoy dessert when you are on diet or when you are vegan? This is a delicious pudding which you can enjoy for breakfast or as a snack in the evening. It will fulfill all your cravings as it is full of nutrients.

Chia seeds are abundant in fiber, protein, and omega-3 and rich in antioxidants, calcium, and iron.

Omega-3 fatty acids in chia seeds contain HDL cholesterol, which helps protect against heart attack and stroke.

INGREDIENTS

Chia seeds               2 tbsp

Almond milk             1 cup

Maple syrup             2,3 tbsp

Banana                    1 cup 

Apple                       1 cup

Pomegranate           half cup

Papaya                    1 cup

Jaggery sugar          2 tbsp

Walnuts                    2 tbsp

Pistachio                  1 tbsp

cinnamon powder      1/4th tsp

Vanilla extract             1/4th tsp

METHOD 

Take a bowl. Add 1 cup almond milk and 2 tablespoons chia seed, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder to it.

Mix them properly. Soak it overnight in the refrigerator.

Take another mixing bowl. Add 1 cup apple cut into small cubes, half cup pomegranate,1 cup banana, and 1 cup papaya cut in small cubes.

Mix all the fruits. You can add any other fruits which you like most. It depends on your choice. Now add crushed jaggery sugar or 2 tablespoons maple syrup in it.

Mix these fruits in almond chia milk which was soaked overnight. Cut walnuts and pistachio into small pieces. Sprinkle it over the pudding.

A delicious chia fruit pudding is ready.
