Detox



In this article, we talk about how you can get rid of the waste sitting inside your body or in other words how to bathe your internal body. Once that happens you automatically lose weight, have clearer skin, greater energy, and much more mental clarity.


Before we move ahead let's discuss what happens to your food after it leaves your hand and what does to your body. You may already know that first, it goes into your stomach where it's broken down, and then your intestines, and then it's finally excreted in the form of waste. But do you think that every food takes the same amount of time to finish the cycle? Of course not.


Fruits take about three hours to digest and eliminate, and vegetables take a little longer about six hours. What about grains which include wheat rice lentils beans?Any idea how long they take? 18 hours.. to digest and eliminate.


Now of course these figures are just estimated to give you an idea. But less the water in a substance harder it is for a body to digest it. Now grains take eighteen hours to pass through your system and most of us are eating them three or maybe four times a day. Meaning even before the last meal was digested we throw him more food to digest and quite naturally the last meal is left undigested.t does not exit our body through the stool. It rots and ferments and decays inside. It grows moles viruses fungus inside the intestines.


 Have you heard those creepy stories of the tapeworm being found in people's intestines? Of course, those people did not eat tapeworms. So how did they get that through the rotting undigested food sitting inside the colon? You might have heard the saying you are what you eat.True.But more importantly, you are what you ate. That burger you ate a year ago might still be sitting inside you. Stuff like bread cheese all these snacks chips drinks coffee fast food sugar and mostly everything that does not directly come from Mother Nature is extremely difficult to digest and eliminate. It sticks to the walls of our intestine and forms a thick coating. 


Our intestine has millions of tiny finger-like projections called Villa. When we eat these unnatural dead foods this stick inside the intestines in the form of waste. Over the years this waste forms a thick coating on the wall to fight intestines that the villa absorbs whatever that is stuck to it. And transport that to the bloodstream. and from there it's delivered to every cell of the body. Now imagine if there is rotting dead waste taken to our intestine then automatically that's what the villain absorbs and transports to every cell.


 This waste surrounds our organs and blocks their functioning and we call it a disease. Today this waste seems a small problem but if we don't clean it up tomorrow the same waste will take much destructive form like tumor or cancer. So by taking out this waste these toxins disease is automatically cured. Because no disease can survive in a body that is clean internally.


step 1:take out the bad stuff


Taking out the bad stuff is detoxification of your body. Removing all the impurities and bad stuff and cleansing your system is very important for our body. To throw out all the bad stuff which we are consuming on daily basis. All this junk food dairy meat, processed food butter bread are not meant for our bodies. Suppose if we put diesel instead of petrol in the car what happens. It works or not.NO..because car needs petrol. Similarly, our bodies are not designed for this type of food.



Step 2:take in the good stuff


The next question is then what to eat. Consume all those things which mother nature offers you like fruits, vegetables either raw or steamed. Minimize the intake of wheat or rice. Just once a day is enough. And when you are eating one chapati(bread) eat two bowls of veggies and when you are eating two chapatis eat four bowls of veggies. Because veggies will help in digestion. Use fresh coconut as a snack whenever you feel hungry. Prefer fresh olives to olive oil. Because nature has given you olives not olive oil, oil is an extracted form. We disturb the healing power by constantly eating. We keep diverting it. We never let healing power do its work. As soon as we eat this healing power leaves whatever it was doing before and starts digesting and eliminating our food. So healing stops and the process of digestion begin. Unfortunately, we are constantly eating. So eat the right things at right time.


Step 3:intermittent fasting 


The healing power that removes the toxins and cures the disease is sitting inside of each of our bodies. By intermittent fasting you let this healing power do its work.

Our body can heal itself. You just need to give it the right nutrition and inputs, and get out of its way (ie- give your digestion a break). Intermittent fasting is 16 hours of fasting daily means you have to consume your food within a certain period. For example, if you stop eating from 8 pm till the next day at midnight it is called intermittent fasting. From 12 am to 8 pm night you have to take all your meal.


Step 4:wet pack


Take a white cotton cloth about 1 meter by 2.5 meters similar to a bed sheet. Fold it into a long strip about 10 inches wide. Dip it into cold water as cold as you can easily bear and squeeze it out. Wrap it around your stomach. Take another strip much smaller than this and wrap it around the forehead and other around the neck. This will help in removing toxins from your body because of the difference in body temperature in different parts of the body.


Step 5:Enema


If you have headache sinus constipation, arthritis or any other sickness nothing will help get rid of it faster than an enema. Take an enema pack easily available at any chemist shop. Wash it properly. Fill your enema pot with water. The best way to do this is in the bathroom. Lubricate the tip with some coconut oil. Place it on something like a shelve. The enema pot should be higher than your body. kneel on the floor. Stick the pipe into the rectum about 2 inches. One hand holding the pipe so it doesn't fall out. Let the water empty your intestines. Then pull out the pipe leave the enema in the sink and hold the water inside for about 10 minutes. Walk while massaging your stomach clockwise and anticlockwise. All the encrusted filth starts leaving its place. When you feel pressure go to the bathroom. You will be amazed to see how full of waste your intestines were. You will feel so clean and your energy level will be through the roof. This is a completely natural way of taking out inner garbage.
